Loomus' Gold Mold (Wheat Ale)

  • 7 lbs. Wheat Malt Extract

  • 1 lb. Clover Honey

  • 4 oz. 20 degree Crystal Malt

  • 1 oz Hallertauer Hops

  • 3638 Bavarian Wheat Yeast


Bring 2 gallons water to a boil while steeping grain. Add extract, honey and hops, boil for one hour. Cool and add water to five gallons, and pitch yeast. It's simple and it's great!
