No better time to get some refreshing Winemaker's Shop Soda than when the weather is warm and you are cruising the Cintonville Farmer's Market.
We sell kits that could be made into wine if you added yeast, but we skip the addition of yeast and instead force carbonate it with CO2 into a delicious fizzy drink.
We will be offering this again when the Clintonville Farmer's Market starts back up. And who knows, beside Alana's carrying our sodas all the time, we nay start selling them year round.
Our homebrewing class will be taught by one of the brewers at Temperance Row Brewing Company in Westerville. Alex Francis has many years of experience as an understudy of his father Scott Francis, Columbus' most notorious microbrewer. Alex has a brewed at a variety of breweries including: Barley's Brewing, Smokehouse Brewing, New Albany Brewing, Hide-A-Way Hills Brewing, and now Temperance Row Brewing. While well trained on a microbrewery level, it has helped shape his knowledge at the homebrewing level as well.
Here are the recipes we will be brewing THIS Saturday outside our shop.
