What
It’s a competition structured as a football fantasy league where you’ll draft a “team” of ingredients to create the Best Possible recipe in the league.
How
The categories are GRAIN/MALT, HOPS, YEAST, and EXTRA, with 8 rounds in the draft.
Once an ingredient is picked, it’s off the board.
Batch size can be up to you, but we’ll require 3x 12 oz. bottles for entry.
NOTE *** Ingredients purchased from The Winemaker’s Shop will get 10% off.

REGISTRATION CLOSES @ midnight MARCH 15, 2020.
The entry fee/buy in is $20.
This event is open to both beginners and advanced brewers.
Judges representing Rockmill Brewery, Lineage Brewing and Temperance Row will judge according to BJCP standards for beer style.
Prize
Medals will be given to all participants and gift cards of $100 for first, $50 for second and $25 for third place.

In person drafting will meet Sunday MARCH 22, 5-7pm at Lineage Brewing in Columbus, OH.

How do i register?
Sign up via the form above and you will be registered for the league.
Can anyone enter?
Yes. It is for homebrewers of any experience.
How many people can join the competition?
It is limited to the first 15 registrants.
Are ingredients included in the entry fee?
No. But if you purchase your ingredients through The Winemaker’s Shop, you will receive 10% off your order.
Does it have to be a 5 gallon batch?
Nope. As long as you have 3x 12oz. bottles to submit at the end, your entry will be accepted.
How will judging work?
Guest judges from Rockmill Brewery, Lineage Brewing, and Temperance Row Brewing will judge according to BJCP standards.
Do i need to say what BJCP style my beer is? At what point?
Yes. You will need to choose a style it most aligns with and include that with your 3x bottle submission near the judging date.
Does this all take place in one day?
No. First, the league will meet to draft your ingredients. Then 7 weeks later we will host the judging.
When is the judging?
TBD. The league will agree on a date that works best.
