Winemaking & Tasting Classes
Learn to make your own wine at our live demonstrations and enjoy a wine flight! Classes will be approximately 2 hours long and will run from roughly 5-7pm or 6-8pm on selected class days. We are NOW introducing two additional phases of wine making classes! Phase 1 we start the fermentation process. Phase 2 we will demonstrate racking the wine into a carboy and steps to clarify the wine and identifying and correcting any issues. Phase 3 will demonstrate bottling, corking, and labeling the wine. Get yourself prepared for the entire winemaking journey! Give us a call if you only need one of the 3 classes and we can set up billing separately.

Welcome to Phase 1 of our new 3 Stages of Winemaking classes
What: Are you interested in making your own wine from home? Join us for our new 3 part winemaking classes. We will take you through the entire process of making wine from kits from fermentation all the way to bottling. All 3 classes included in one price!
Time: Each class will be approximately 2 hours long and will run from 5-7 or 6-8pm. We will schedule the other 2 additional classes during the initial class based off of availability and the fermentation time of the wine. This price is for all 3 separate classes where you will participate in making the wine from beginning to end. If you would like to take just one class, let us know!
Description: We will be teaching three classes geared toward beginner winemakers interested in getting into the hobby. We will explain about the process of winemaking and show you step by step how to make wine from a kit. These classes ALSO include wine tasting of 3 wines. Everyone who completes the 3 phase classes will take home 3 bottles of the wine you made from begging to end upon completion!
Dress: Casual.
What is included in purchase: Lecture and demonstration of the winemaking process from a kit, tasting of 3 locally made wines, tour of our production area. Three classes taking you through the entire winemaking process from fermentation, racking, degassing, clarifying, bottling and labeling. Each participant takes home 3 bottles of the wine we make at the end!
Cancellation Policy: No cash refunds. Refund can be applied to another class date. Due to limited seating, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule for another class date.
