THE WINEMAKER'S SHOP in collaboration with STAUF'S COFFEE ROASTERS have crafted the PERFECT RATIO of cold-brew coffee in a 5 gallon batch of beer.

We ran a test run with a standard porter recipe (as below) and split the batch into 5 1-gallon secondary fermenters. In each fermeneter, we added a different dosage of the same strength cold-brew coffee (Stauf's Baba Budan). The dosages were 1/2 oz, 1 oz, 2 oz, 3 oz, and 4 oz, per gallon. After sampling with a Stauf's representative, we landed on the perfect dose for a 5 gallon batch!

We now sell prepackaged bags of Stauf's Baba Budan with the instructions to make the right dose of cold-brew coffee for beer!
